Veranda Creations WARRANTY

We warranty all of our furniture frames for 7 years from the date of purchase. If your Veranda Creations frame fails structurally during normal usage of if the finish peels, cracks, or blisters within 7 years from the date of purchase, we will repair, refinish, or replace the frame without charge. Parts and labor are included during the first 24 months. We warranty all our straps for against breakage for 7 years. This applies only to breakage, not color changes. This does not apply to staining; poor maintenance will allow suntan oils, pollutants, molds, and mildew to stain your straps. Parts and labor are included the first 24 months. We warranty the fabric on Veranda Creations Slings acrylic and fiberglass table Tops, Umbrella bases for 1 year from the date of purchase.
